Organisations North Sea Volunteer Lifeguards NSVL is a lifeguard and lifesaving training club based in Whitley Bay. The lifeguard service in North Tyneside is provided by NT Council, however NSVL lifeguards provide extra volunteer cover and NSVL trainers provide the training for the Council lifeguards. NSVL can provide pool and beach lifeguards, first aiders and other qualified personnel for events.
